Here is the first microSDXC card with 256 GB of NAND 3D MLC

ADATA shows the first 256GB microSDXC memory card using NAND 3D MLC. Compared to a conventional TLC NAND, it is more enduring and more reliable. Designed to store videos in 4K, 8K, or 360º, it has speeds never falling below 90MB / s, and it can exceed 250MB / s.

The fruit of progress
Such a card is possible because memory makers are beginning to master the manufacture of NAND 3D MLC. They can therefore go beyond the traditional framework of the SSD, and supply them to third-party brands. The price and date of availability of this microSDXC card of 256 GB are not yet known, but expect a very high price, this medium is intended for professionals.
