4-Click Extract and open the compressed folder.
5-Click the right mouse button on the _TestRights.cmd file and then click Run as administrator.
6-Then click with the right mouse button on the Installer.cmd file and then click Run as administrator.
7-Press a button once the installation is complete.
8-Windows Media Center is now available from the Start menu.
9-Click the shortcut to open.
10-If you want to uninstall Windows Media Center, go back to the WMC64n file click with the right mouse button on the Uninstaller.cmd file and then click Run as administrator.
