Quickly send a file by mail to a recurring person - Outlook

You regularly send files to the same people via the Send To menu, Windows Explorer Recipient? To go faster, you can create custom shortcuts where the recipient will already be completed in Outlook.
1-In Windows Vista and Windows 7, click the Start button and type the following command:

%appdata%\microsoft\windows\sendto

In Windows XP, click the Start button, click Run, and type the following command:

% USERPROFILE% \ sendto

2-Confirm with Enter.

3-In the window that opens, the list of Send To shortcuts is displayed. Right-click on a blank space following the list.

4-Click New, and then click Shortcut.

5-In the Enter the item location field, type the path to Outlook.

6-If you are using Outlook 2003, type:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" /c ipm.note /m adresse@email

7-Si vous utilisez Outlook 2007, saisissez :

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\OFFICE12\OUTLOOK.EXE" /c ipm.note /m adresse@email /a

8-If you use Outlook 2010, type:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\OFFICE14\OUTLOOK.EXE" /c ipm.note /m adresse@email /a

9-Replace address @ email with the recipient's email address.

10-Click Next. If a message tells you that the file can not be found, it means that Outlook is not installed in the usual folder. Try to replace Program Files (x86) by Program Files in the path to Outlook. Otherwise, click Browse and select the Outlook.exe file on your hard disk.

11-Enter a name for the shortcut, for example the name of the recipient, and confirm with Finish. You can create as many shortcuts as you want.

12-Now, to quickly send a file to a person for whom you created a shortcut, click the file with the right mouse button and click Send To and then the person's name.

13-A new message is sent to the right person and with your file as an attachment.
